The Window Phone is the genius concept of designer Seunghan Song. It’s the same size as most standard smart phones but it has a unique way of displaying the current weather. The phone is see through and has the ability to change its appearance to reflect the current weather! These weather predictions are made in real time so you wont need to flip on the weather network or open a weather app on your mobile. The phones appearance will represent the weather just like a standard window would react to the specific weather conditions, ie. it will look wet, clear, foggy etc. this is a very natural approach of conveying weather information to the user and truly a unique concept.
The phones input screen is initialized by the user blowing their breath onto the phone. Similarly to how a window will fog up from hot breath, the phone will detect the users breath and change the display to a “foggy” look. From there the user can write or draw their message and the phone will interpret the characters. This again is a natural approach of interacting with glass.
Since the phone is in early concept mode, it will be some time until we find out more information about the direction and feasibility of such a device. But the concept alone could be said to be breath taking
