BBleaks has reported that they have heard from an insider in RIM that there is a Blackberry Pad on the works. Since this is only a rumour and there is no solid evidence, take it as grain of rice/salt or rain drop.
Either way here is the evidence:
RIM orders parts for a large touch screen
OS 6.0 has many features for touch screen devices
BBleaks has been fairly accurate at digging some juicy information
Features:
Smaller and thinner than Ipad
Code name BlackPad
full BlackBerry OS compatibility and functionality
In my opinion it is about time Blackberry gets their head in the game and try to actually compete. Regardless of what I think, would you buy an Blackpad?
Oh, and if you look closely at the picture it looks like its been Photoshopped, and it also says Verizon on the back.
