Here’s a rumour I’m going to throw at you guys that has all these little bits of info. Lately there have been reports stating that Dell is planning to launch not just one- but several high end Android based Smartphones, along with Tablet Computers to boot.
hmmm let’s first discuss Dell’s “Lightning” Windows 7 phone- The Lightning will feature a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4.1″ WVGA OLED screen, a 5MP camera, an 8 GB MicroSD card, a keyboard that slides out from the bottom, GPS, an accelerometer, compass and will be able to support Flash technology- this device is expected to be released later this year. Below is a rumoured phone/ and some rumoured tablets / Tablet phone for your reading pleasure:
Dell “Flash” Smartphone will be able to support Adobe’s Flash, will have a spiffy 5 MP camera, and a 3.5″ touchscreen
The Dell “Looking Glass” (vain name) is an Android Computer Tablet that’s rumoured to have a 7″ WVGA screen that’s got 800 X 480 display resolutions! 4GB RAM; 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1.3 MP camera + an optional TV tuner as well as a multi- memory card slot. The Looking glass is on the horizon along with the “Streak” Tablet.
And if you’re craving to know more about this “Streak (it’s going to take place on Friday in front of my place.. don’t forget to groom we’re doing a full 5 mile run) Tablet” it’s also known as the Mini 5 and will have a larger screen and will be able to take captivating photo’s. The Streak will also have Wi-Fi, quad band GSM for calling ( cuz yes you’ve guessd it this is the crazy Tablet-Mo- Phone) and may be released this summer.
