Google has announced that it’s Google Goggles (try saying that 3 times fast)  application is now capable of translating foreign language text. Simply launch the Google Goggles app, take a picture of the text and then Google with it’s infinity wisdom will provide an option to translate. At the moment Google can read English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish and can translate “many more languages.”  Non-latin languages, such as Chinese, Hindi, and Arabic are not yet supported but it will soon come. The app is supported on Android 1.6 and newer Smartphone’s.

Wind is really kicking up a storm, that’s right! I made another wind joke. Anyways they came out with a new promo called “Everybody WINDS.” They give new client 50% their Voice and Data Plans for First 6 month. But it does not include the new data add on announced yesterday.

If any of you guys have been keeping an interest in the Iron Man 2 tie in LG Ally, well then this is for you.  Recently LG released a new teaser on their site, and in turn that has provided a better idea of what the LG Ally specs might be. So far it looks like the LG Ally is running on Android 2.1, has a 3.2″ touchscreen display, a sliding QWERTY keypad, a 3.2 MP camera, with also Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.   (more…)

Apple iPhone OS 4 Beta 3 Down Two Hours After Release
