We’re already getting adjusted to that “hey you can’t talk on your cellphone while driving law”, because it’s a distraction, but now there’s another thing to add to the list of things you can’t ride, while using your cellphone. (Get those dirty thoughts out of your head & just act on them already). California first enacted a law more than a year ago that would ban users from texting while driving, and now the law-makers in California are taking things a step further as they are going to impose a similar ban on cyclists. State Senator Joe Simitian is the one responsible for making it illegal to use a cell phone while riding a bicycle.” It’s becoming apparent that this is causing a commotion among both sides as some find it excessive while others deem it as fitting”. Cyclist Jesse Daniel finds it a bit overboard and said, “If you’re going to ban it while biking, you might as well ban it while walking.” Well put Cyclist Jesse. What are your thoughts?
